Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund. You can cancel your appointment directly through the confirmation email sent to you.
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 70% refund. Please contact us via email at support@madheadspa.com to process the cancellation or call us at +1 (847) 696-7135.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable and client will be charged 100% of the total package booked. Same day appointments are considered non-refundable.
Same-Day Appointments
- All same-day appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or canceled once booked. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests on the day of the appointment will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
- To avoid charges, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. The full amount of the scheduled service will still apply.
No-shows will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will not be refunded.

Rescheduling 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment is free of charge and can be done directly through the confirmation email.
Rescheduling 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. Please email us at support@madheadspa.com to make the changes.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is not available.

Note: Once an appointment is rescheduled once within 24 to 48 hours of the booked time, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
