Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund. You can cancel your appointment directly through the confirmation email sent to you.

Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund. Please contact us via email at madheadspa@gmail.com to process the cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable and client will be charged 100% of the total package booked.

No-shows will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will not be refunded.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment is free of charge and can be done directly through the confirmation email.

Rescheduling 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. Please email us at madheadspa@gmail.com to make the changes.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is not available.
Note: Once an appointment is rescheduled within 24 to 48 hours of the booked time, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
